We are happy to answer any questions, as many of them are repeated, take a look at the most frequent ones.

How long will it take to receive the ordered goods at home?
Goods in stock are usually dispatched the next working day at the latest.

What if I order a size that doesn't fit?
If the product does not suit you, please contact us. If the size you want is not in stock, you can choose a completely different product or we will refund your money.

Why do I see the amount in EUR during payment when I am in the Czech Republic and want to pay in CZK?
In order to be able to provide the same quality services to all customers from neighboring countries, it was necessary to choose one currency that we will use. After much deliberation, EURo was chosen. However, you don't have to worry, our entire system shows you the conversion to CZK according to the current exchange rates, only the card payment itself takes place in EUR. Cash on delivery is of course sent in CZK.

I have returned an item, how long will it take for a refund?
We try to refund money as quickly as possible. However, no later than 14 days after receiving the "Withdrawal from the purchase contract".

Can I return underwear or swimwear purchased online?
If it is an assortment of an intimate nature, such as swimwear, the goods must not be used at all. For testing, it is necessary to observe basic hygiene requirements - testing through underwear or using, for example, the attached protective film (for swimwear). If the specified hygiene conditions are not observed, it will not be possible to return the goods due to their nature (on the basis of Directive 97/7/EC on consumer protection, in the case of distance contracts).

I need advice on choosing a size, where can I find size charts?
You can find them on the page of the selected product.

Is it possible to edit the created order, for example add or remove something to it?
Unfortunately, we do not have the possibility to intervene in the created order and modify it in any way.

What is the status of my order?
We will be happy to find out the status of your order. Write to us at info@timme.sk and we will inform you immediately.

Is it possible to order goods abroad?
We send goods to the following countries: Czech Republic, Slovak Republic, Slovenia, Germany, Austria, Hungary, Poland, France, Croatia, Italy, Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Greece, Netherlands, Ireland, Liechtenstein, Spain, Portugal, Romania, United Kingdom.

How can I pay for my order?
You can pay for orders by credit card or cash on delivery.

Can I send the claimed goods back for cash on delivery?
No, claimed goods sent on cash on delivery will not be accepted, you must send the package by registered mail.
